Next endeavor would entail aligning skills with a growing organization that is looking to energize its core and level-up it’s standards for operational excellence. Focus is to deliver real bottom-line results to drive down cost and improve quality and customer service levels.

Able to align Talent Acquisition strategy with Talent Management and the organization’s overall goals.
